In 2013, the Coordinator worked with the CPUC, utilities and local governments to update the local government chapter of the California Long-term Energy Efficiency Strategic Plan. Information generated during this process are below:

• The first revised draft of the Local Government Chapter was available for review before the workshops the week of September 23, 2013.
• The second revised draft of the Local Government Chapter is available on this web site. The deadline for comments on this draft was November 1, 2013.
• The third revised draft of the Local Government Chapter is available on this web site. The deadline for comments on this draft was December 13, 2013.
• Meetings on developing energy savings metrics for the goals in the revised chapter took place in November and December 2013. Learn more.
