AB 802 Workshop Follow Up Materials: Comments to be Submitted by April 8th ***Extended to April 15th***

For those that missed the CEC’s AB 802 implementation workshop last Friday, the CEC has posted the recorded WebEx on their website, here. Topics covered included:

• Need for consistent and clear definitions (and need for implementers to understand utility definitions;
• Debate over the realm of buildings to be included in mandatory energy data disclosure and benchmarking;
• Methods proposed by the CEC for how utilities will share data with building owners.

Any comments to be shared on these and other issues discussed must be submitted to the CEC by April 8th 15th.
