Position Overview:
The Bay Area Climate Adaptation Network (BayCAN) is a collaborative network built by and for local government staff to help coordinate an effective and equitable response to the impacts of climate change on water, public health, ecosystems, fire, and our shorelines. The Network is in its early stages, and is currently supported by the Local Government Commission (LGC), which seeks a part-time research assistant/project associate intern to help support BayCAN’s rollout and initial climate adaptation initiatives, projects, and day-to-day operations.
