The California Energy Commission’s Energy Efficiency Division has a regular newsletter, Blueprint, focused on Title 24 Building Efficiency Standards and Title 20 Appliance Standards. The latest installment of Blueprint, focuses on lighting standards and may be most useful to local government building departments, contractors, or other local government officials.
