Energy Commission staff will provide a brief overview of the proposed scope of the SB 350 Barriers Report, the proposed plan for workshops and release of the draft report for stakeholder comment. There will also be a panel discussion on effective stakeholder participation and agency coordination followed by an opportunity for public comment.
