The City of San José, through its Environmental Services Department, is seeking proposals from qualified firms (“Consultant”) to provide consulting services to develop an EnvironmentalSustainability Plan. Consultants shall have relevant expertise, experience and an approach that demonstrates their ability to engage a very diverse community and develop anEnvironmental Sustainability Plan along with an implementation framework.
