Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (CPA) evolved from LA County’s efforts to form a community choice aggregation program, previously known as Los Angeles Community Choice Energy (LACCE). Over the course of 2018, CPA will begin providing electricity to nearly 3 million Southern California customers in diverse communities ranging from Ojai in Ventura County, to Claremont at the eastern edge of Los Angeles County, and many more in between.
