The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) has shared to R.13-11-005/rolling portfolio stakeholders that Commission Staff will hold a conference call to answer questions on the Staff White Paper on Energy Efficiency Baselines that was released last week (with questions due May 10th), and the supporting Technical Analysis developed by Navigant Consulting. Participation in the conference call is optional and intended to provide clarification on the analysis and proposal for parties’ preparation of comments.
