The CEC is holding workshops to hear stakeholder feedback on changes to the Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) Eligibility Guidebook. Slides from a March 17th presentation for this are available in this CEC Docket. The presentation reviews proposed substantive changes – including municipal solid waste combustion eligibility, extension of certification application deadlines, and an online RPS system – and proposed non-substantive changes.
