A new residential program kicks off this month, offered by the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) through its Energy Watch local government partnership with SCE and SoCal Gas. Through the Energy Assessment for Your Home (EASY) program, residents can get no-cost home assessments and learn about incentives and financing options for home improvements that will save them energy and money every month.
