CEC is seeking an energetic, outgoing and detail-oriented Program Coordinator who is bilingual in Spanish and English to lead education and outreach efforts for a new project to accelerate electric vehicle (EV) usage in Ventura County. Outreach and education activities will focus on multi-family housing, workplaces, destinations and low-income communities.
The Coordinator will be part of CEC’s Energy and Climate team, providing support to our Transportation Specialist and Energy and Climate Program Director. The Coordinator will develop a database of prospective sites to add charging stations, engage site hosts, and work with community members and site hosts to accelerate EV charger installations and EV usage in Ventura County. As needed, the Coordinator will also assist CEC’s other Energy and Climate Program staff.
