A new guidebook prepared by The Energy Coalition as an offering under the Southern California Regional Energy Network (SoCalREN, or “The Energy Network”) is available to support local government energy program and project financing. The guidebook, Local Government Energy Efficiency Resources: Project Financing provides assistance on identifying and overcoming funding challenges typical to public agencies trying to implement energy projects in their facilities. The guidebook was supported by Southern California Edison Company’s Local Government Strategic Plan Strategies Program under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC).
