Purpose:
The Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District (RPOSD) is pleased to announce the 2025 Competitive Grant Programs (Grant Programs), which will provide a total of $58 million in Measure A funding to support planning and development efforts across Los Angeles County. These competitive funding programs aim to deliver measurable impact, promote park equity, and strengthen access to parks, natural areas, and regional recreation spaces throughout Los Angeles County. The 2025 Competitive Grant Guidelines (Guidelines) outline funding opportunities and application requirements for three distinct programs: one program designates funding for planning and design, and the other two are for shovel-ready development projects.
