Indian city uses only solar power during daylight hours

“India’s Diu Smart City has become the first in the country to rely entirely on renewable energy during daylight hours. The city derives power from a 50-hectare solar park, solar panels installed on government buildings and subsidized solar panels on the roofs of private homes.”
