David Trilling of the Harvard Kennedy School provides a friendly overview of research on the value of energy efficiency across different times and seasons. Stanford and UC Berkeley Energy Economists came together to study the efficiency savings of a HVAC rebate program in Southern California. They also compare this to other energy-efficiency investments in residential and non-residential sectors. Read David Trilling’s summary.
