California Energy Commission staff is developing a competitive Grant Funding Opportunity (GFO) through the Electric Program Investment Charge (EPIC) to increase the adoption of emerging clean energy technologies in large-scale procurement processes. Staff is seeking input from stakeholders on the proposed solicitation approach. Comments should be submitted by 5 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2017.
