Napa County Planning Commission to consider climate action plan


The proposed climate action plan has 48 carbon-cutting recommendations in all. Now the county will learn if it has satisfied concerns voiced by the agricultural sector, environmental community, and others. “There is strong consensus that global climate change is occurring; seasons are shifting, average temperatures are increasing, precipitation levels are changing and sea levels are rising,” the proposed plan said.
