The California Department of Community Services & Development (CSD) will host a public comment opportunity for interested parties regarding the Low-Income Weatherization Program (LIWP) – Phase 2 design.
CSD will provide a general overview of proposed modifications to the existing LIWP program in preparation for drafting Program Guidelines and Request for Proposal (RFP). Participants will have an opportunity to comment and offer additional ideas and suggestions to CSD.
The LIWP Stakeholder event will be held at the following location on Thursday, June 2, 2016:
