The City and County of San Francisco’s Benchmarking Report for 2011 is now available on the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) website. Given that San Francisco’s commitment to public disclosure of building energy use was just started in 2011, the report covers important methodology and has a number of useful best practices, assumptions, and information on use of U.S. EPA Portfolio Manager and ENERGY STAR ratings.
