The Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) will be holding a forum on March 29th, 8:30am-12:00pm to discuss moving from policy and planning to implementation. The forum will be at California State University’s East Bay Oakland Center (1000 Broadway #109, Oakland) and also be accessible via WebEx.
