The Community Energy Department will begin a phased process of rolling out clean energy services to municipal facilities, residents, and commercial customers in 2018 and 2019. This position reports to the Deputy Director of Power Resources in the Community Energy Department and will be responsible for supporting Power Supply Contracts. Duties will include supporting the negotiation, coordination, execution and monitoring of the department’s power supply contracts. It will also support the Departments regulatory compliance obligations related to Renewable Portfolio Standards, Resource Adequacy, and other compliance obligations.
This position will also help prepare bids and specifications, and monitor timely fulfillment of deliverables by consultants and service providers. This position will also review compliance of consultant and service provider work progress and the accuracy billing and invoices for services and power supply resources.
