The Fourth Annual Statewide Energy Efficiency Best Practices Forum will be held June 19-20, 2013 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, in Sacramento, CA. The day-long forum on June 20 will feature updates from key state agencies and several topics including energy savings programs, financing, climate action tools, and best practices for reducing energy use and greenhouse gases in your community. An evening Energy Champions Networking Reception will precede the Forum on June 19, and is open to all Forum participants. Registration for this event will open on April 17, 2013. More agenda details will be available in the coming months.
The forum is FREE to all California local governments, publicly owned utilities, the California Energy Commission, the California Air Resources Board and the California Public Utilities Commission. A limited number of scholarships will be available to help local government participants offset travel and lodging costs to attend. In addition, roommate and carpool matching is being offered to offset travel and lodging expenses.
