According to a new report by the International Council on Clean Transportation, “Electric vehicle capitals of the world: What markets are leading the transition to electric,” the rising number of EVs on the road, expected to hit 3 million total by the end of the year, are clustered in just a handful of cities. Their policies offer a roadmap to increasing EV adoption, and show how, when regulations and incentives align, it’s possible to make shifts in the wider transportation system.”
