The City of Farmersville, located in California’s Tulare County, joined the VIEW (Valley Innovation
Energy Watch) Partnership in 2013. As a highly involved member of VIEW, the City has shown its dedication to becoming an energy efficient municipality and community leader in many ways. The City, with the help of VIEW, has shared energy efficiency information with the community through outreach events, applied for and completed a variety of projects and retrofits and adopted an Energy Action Plan, which will act as a guiding document for municipal energy efficiency projects and policies in the future.
