Assembly Bill 802 (Williams, Chapter 590, Statutes of 2015) revises Public Resources Code Section 25402.10 to require utilities to provide energy usage data for covered buildings to the owners, owner’s agents, or operators of those buildings upon request, and further requires the Energy Commission to establish a benchmarking and public disclosure program for certain public and private buildings over 50,000 square feet
