The WISE forums are part of a statewide program from the California Homebuilding Foundation (CHF) called Workforce Instruction for Standards and Efficiency (WISE). The WISE program engages builders, manufacturers, and contractors in a variety of events throughout California covering best practices in high-performance wall and attic construction.
