Worchester’s Municipal ESPC Expects Savings Near $100 Million

“In 2009, the City of Worcester, Massachusetts, hired an Energy Services Company (ESCO) to perform an energy audit of municipal facilities, resulting in a 20-year, multi-million-dollar Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC).
