An Individual local government professional offering peer knowledge to other local government professionals, who has the willingness, capacity, and expertise to be contacted by local government energy and climate peers/professionals to share knowledge in the following types of programs, projects, or policies: Energy efficiency program design and implementation; information about creation of a Regional Energy Network (REN); successful models of local government collaboration.
