Existing Examples of Progress: State planning tools & guidance: A new LCI Vulnerable Communities platform (one-stop hazard + social snapshot) and General Plan “climate-ready communities” guidance are in motion.
Further Progress Pathways: LCI General Plan Guidelines – live survey input. Submit planning-capacity needs (templates, objective metrics, realistic timelines) through OPR’s GP Guidelines survey that’s for the upcoming “climate-ready communities” guidance. (note that the opportunity for this survey was summer 2025)
