Infill Infrastructure Grant Program
The IIG Program promotes infill housing development by providing financial assistance for Capital Improvement Projects that are an integral part of, or necessary to facilitate the development of, a Qualifying Infill Project or a Qualifying Infill Area. IIG funding can be used for infrastructure improvements necessary for specific residential or mixed-use infill development projects or areas. Funds will be allocated through a competitive process, based on the merits of the individual Infill Projects and Areas.
Application selection criteria includes project readiness, affordability, density, access to transit, proximity to amenities, and consistency with regional plans.
