Develop a Statewide VMT Query Tool or Portal: This tool could expand upon existing tools such as Streetlight, Google EIE, Replica, or other tools utilizing VMT data. If these tools are unavailable, staff of a state agency / academic institution would be able to pull origin-destination VMT from regional MPO models for a jurisdiction free of charge or at a small fee.
